What materials are your frames made of?
Inspired by nature, our products are carefully handcrafted in Turkey using a combination of ram horn and modified wood materials. Each pair of frame is unique and produced with high quality standards.

May the products have color and pattern differences?
Each of our products is made from natural materials that reflect the texture and character of nature itself. Therefore, there may be variations in color tones and patterns. These variations are the best expression of naturalness and make each pair of glasses unique.

Do you make special designs or customized models?
We offer personalized production, but this service is limited to the models and materials selected from our catalog. Production is carried out according to the selections made from the catalog. Contact us for more information.

Can I use your glasses for prescription lenses?
Our glasses are produced as sunglasses with antireflective, E.T.-coated organic glass lenses. However, if you wish, you can replace these lenses with prescription lenses or different lens options at our dealer optical stores. Our frames are suitable for optical use.

Do you ship abroad?

What is your product delivery process like?
Once your order has passed through quality control, it is carefully packaged and delivered to cargo. You will receive your tracking number and support will be provided at every stage, from order to delivery.

How long does it take to prepare a product after an order is placed?
Our products are not kept in stock. All of our products are specially produced according to your store's preferences, as determined by negotiations. For this reason, production and delivery times, as well as order details, are determined through negotiations.

Do you offer specialized promotional and marketing assistance to stores?
Yes, we organize special presentations and familiarization visits to our stores. After the meeting, we provide presentation materials (brochures, cards, boxes, etc.) suitable for the store according to the orders created. We are also happy to support you at every stage of the sales process whenever you need it.
